Policies

Payments: Payments due upon shipment. Tracking numbers provided. Company and personal checks accepted. Credit card payments over $500 subject to a 5% processing fee. Cornstalk will call for credit card information.

Invoices: Cornstalk will provide invoice for all orders.

Shipping: Included in pricing. Most items ship within ten business days of receiving the order. Orders outside of U.S. will result in additional charges. 

Product Workmanship Guaranty:  All products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship for a period of 6 months.  Please contact us with your concerns and we will either repair, replace or refund based on the situation.

Non Profits with 501-c Status: Cornstalk products are available for fund raising campaigns for agricultural related non profits.  Please contact us directly to discuss your opportunity.  Limited special pricing maybe available for selected projects.

Squirrels: Common problem is squirrel attacking bird feeders.  One common solution is to coat bird seed with cayenne pepper.  Place 2-3 cups of bird seed into a paper bag, add 1-2 table spoons of cayenne pepper and shake to coat seeds.  Add to feeder so this feed comes out.  Continue the education process until all squirrels avoid your feeder.
